Job Overview

  • Develop and implement innovative retail design solutions that meet the unique brand identities of each asset while adhering to Dubai Holding's guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including tenants, consultants, and contractors, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of retail tenancies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect on-site work against approved technical drawings and programmers.
  • Provide technical inputs to tenants/consultants/contractors on design, construction, and site-based activities.
  • Review design submissions and report defaults with regards to design violations as per Dubai Holding/Authority policies and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in managing retail design ideally in a large shopping mall/retail development company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic considered an advantage.
