POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member of the MEIAT (Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkiye) Cartier Commercial Partnerships Team, the V.I.E - Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in delivering valuable insights to the partner boutiques team regarding network performance, while ensuring the efficient utilization of the tools and systems necessary for managing the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborative Planning:
    Work closely with the Head of Commercial Partnership and Area Sales Manager to:
  • Establish annual sell-in and sell-out targets, along with a 5-year budget for all markets concerning External Boutiques and Watch Points of Sale.
  • Regularly update rolling estimates and forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    Maintain and enhance boutique dashboards, conducting monthly business reviews with Area Sales Managers.
  • Provide monthly updates on sell-in and sell-out reports.
  • Compile weekly estimates and comments for each boutique.
  • Generate regular reports for the partner network.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee stock management performance for each boutique and suggest action plans as necessary.
  • Commercial Support:
    Assist Area Sales Managers with order management and product availability checks as needed.
  • Coordinate wholesale or cross-functional projects as directed by the brand.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to determine target bonuses.
  • Stock Monitoring:
    Ensure timely and accurate sales declarations.
  • Verify correct stock reporting.
  • Facilitate smooth system operations, coordinating with clients and IT to resolve usage issues.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to existing systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Relevant experience (including internships) in retail or sales for a premium brand.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of French and Arabic is advantageous.
  • Operational mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
