This role revolves around being the central figure responsible for the overall success of the service line, harmonizing business goals with technical solutions to drive development and evolution.

The PSL Manager manages business stakeholders, ensuring that the product vision aligns with end-user needs and the overall business vision.

They possess deep insights into business needs, pain points, and preferences, conducting market research, monitoring industry trends, and gathering feedback to inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Set clear goals, mentor team members, and ensure effective coordination and communication within the team and across the organization.
  • Manage conflict within the team, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning the team's goals with departmental objectives.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop strategies to optimize product performance and meet business objectives.

You will also oversee the product development process, working closely with design, build, and run teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
