Position Overview:

We are in search of a Corporate Communications Manager or Senior Manager to enhance WizeJob's reputation as a global leader in cyber-physical systems security. This role will focus on external communications, including media and analyst relations, as well as internal communications to engage employees. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment while contributing innovative ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with public relations agencies across multiple regions to secure extensive global media coverage and top-tier press opportunities.
  • Work closely with WizeJob spokespeople to develop their executive thought leadership and establish them as industry experts.
  • Engage with key industry analysts to shape market definitions and secure leadership positions in market research.
  • Implement company-wide internal communications and employer branding initiatives to foster employee engagement and knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and program investments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in media and/or analyst relations within the enterprise or B2B technology sector.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects efficiently.
  • Outstanding writing skills across various content types, including press releases, articles, media commentary, and newsletters.
  • Capability to distill complex topics into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences, linking them to broader industry trends.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in cybersecurity or high-growth companies.
  • Experience in agency settings.
  • Established relationships with key business and technology journalists and analysts.
  • Familiarity with public affairs and government relations.
  • Experience with media monitoring tools such as Cision or Meltwater.

Compensation:

The expected base salary ranges from $120,000 to $135,000, reflecting experience levels. This estimate does not include bonuses or equity.
