The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintenance of patient records. You will also be responsible for assisting with getting records to correct persons for health status reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensuring confidentiality of all medical records information
  • Performing data entry of patient information into Offender 360
  • Utilizing electronic medical record system as applicable throughout the scope of duties and responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
