Job Title: Service Engineer - Elevators Moving Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our elevator systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Ensure the safety of end-users, sites, and technicians at all times.
  • Service Delivery: Deliver service according to service contract requirements, time limits, AL-ARABIA quality standards, and local regulations.
  • Cost Control: Control field operations costs and maintain a healthy profit margin.
  • Service Sales: Identify opportunities for service repairs and sales.
  • Third Party Management: Manage third-party inspections, visits, and follow-up actions.
  • Contract Validation: Validate service contract technical terms with sales personnel.
  • Maintenance Support: Support the maintenance of third-party equipment in the maintenance base.
  • Call Centre Support: Assist call centre agents in resolving technician call-out assignment conflicts.
  • Call-Out Resolution: Resolve and close open call-outs and respond to stopped equipment and safety issues.
  • Call-Out Reduction: Reduce call-outs in your area.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Ensure timely completion of planned maintenance visits and optimize routing.
  • Site Audits: Conduct site audits and investigate accidents.
  • Overtime Control: Control and authorize overtime.
  • People Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring their performance, motivation, and competence development.
