Job Summary

The Atlantis Resort is seeking a skilled Assistant Pool Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our beach club, including managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent guest service.
  • Coordinate employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, finances, and personnel.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and suppliers to achieve business objectives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
