The Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important restaurants, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands. This will involve owning relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders and analyzing data to drive growth and profitability.

As an Account Relationship Manager, you will work cross-functionally with other departments to drive new initiatives and provide best-in-class support to our restaurant partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of top-performing restaurants to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize restaurant relationships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a relevant industry, such as food service or hospitality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with restaurant owners and staff.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
