Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior International Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing international growth strategies and initiatives, targeting new markets and business opportunities in the port, logistics, and maritime industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international growth strategies and initiatives, targeting new markets and business opportunities in the port, logistics, and maritime industries.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks in international markets.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (internal and external), including government agencies, industry associations, and private sector entities, to promote the organization's global presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage the international business development pipeline, ensuring timely progress and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of international projects, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Maritime Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully overseeing international projects with a focus on international strategy, business development, and market expansion.
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in ports, logistics, and maritime industries, preferably with global ports and maritime companies.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management with a strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international context. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
