Job Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Strategy & Performance Consultant to spearhead initiatives aimed at achieving manufacturing excellence and optimizing operational performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, governance, and performance oversight to elevate manufacturing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and oversee a strategic roadmap centered on value-oriented manufacturing.
- Execute comprehensive manufacturing strategies utilizing portfolio prioritization.
- Foster stakeholder engagement and effectively communicate strategic initiatives.
- Lead cross-departmental projects to enhance performance and benchmark against industry standards.
- Convert the company's vision into quantifiable KPIs and promote continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA or Finance degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing strategy consulting or strategic planning.
- Proficiency in portfolio management, business case formulation, and manufacturing operations.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
