  • Developing the business plan, budget, and manpower plan for the Toys, Kids & Baby category across the markets.
  • Defining the strategy to be implemented.
  • Building the organization structure for the Category.

**Requirements**

  • Candidates must have a strong background in retail, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated intense customer focus, excellent negotiation skills, and ability to champion the growth of the category.
  • Prior experience influencing C-level executives, knowledge of analytics, and leadership/management attributes.
