About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team at LHH Company. As a key member of our fleet operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Set up and manage all new maintenance contracts in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring timely billing cycles and accurate invoicing.
  • Schedule Management: Collaborate with our team to ensure all planned maintenance schedules are set up according to our Total Maintenance (TMR) agreement, minimizing downtime and maximizing fleet utilization.
  • Unit Management: Monitor and remove expired units from billing, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Vendor Management: Provide purchase orders to third-party service providers, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Re-billing and Invoicing: Responsible for re-billing of third-party service invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Fleet Agreement Management: Maintain the organization of fleet agreements and contracts with customers and third-party service providers, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Consolidated Invoicing: Provide monthly consolidated invoicing to fleet customers for service invoice transactions, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • New Location Setup: Facilitate the setup of new fleet customer locations and third-party vendors in our business system, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
