Position Overview:
We are in search of an Order Processing and Logistic Coordinator to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine handover documentation and customer Purchase Orders to verify compliance with purchasing and sales requirements, emphasizing item specifics and contractual terms before entering data into the SAP system.
  • Input Sales Orders into SAP and generate Purchase Orders.
  • Take charge of all project deliverables, ensuring hardware, financial, and commercial outputs are met, while managing disputes and maintaining customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Conduct export control assessments for each order and ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DoA).
  • Follow up on payments, check for overdue accounts, and compile monthly financial reports.
  • Verify all received orders for both commercial and technical accuracy.
  • Ensure that Order Confirmations are sent to customers in line with their Purchase Orders and the selling entity's confirmations.
  • Track the progress of ongoing orders and keep customers informed.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and entities to address procurement challenges and resolve post-sale issues.
  • Maintain precise records of discrepancies and prepare monthly summaries.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate delivery instructions between customers and entities.
  • Generate, send, and monitor Commercial Invoices to customers via email and courier.
  • Submit necessary copies of Intercompany Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and Proof of Delivery to the Finance Department.
  • Update the latest delivery status of orders to ensure accuracy in Monthly Sales Forecasts and expedite as necessary.
  • Provide delivery status updates to relevant Sales Managers.
  • Complete required information in Sales Order Business Reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Organize and archive relevant communications and documentation in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Engage in and actively support company initiatives, offering suggestions for improvements where applicable.
  • Assist other departments within Sulzer Pumps Middle East as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Familiarity with Sales Force.
  • General computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Office administration expertise.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
