  • Expedite Orders: Expedite orders within the Customer Service group, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Liaise with Customers: Act as a liaison with customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues, providing proactive support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Customer Expectations: Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure Compliance: Review all inquiries and orders to ensure legal and export compliance, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
  • Communicate with Departments: Communicate effectively with all departments, including inventory, accounting, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Maintain Order Records: Maintain and file copies of orders according to company standards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control: Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure that all requirements under the Quality Management System (QMS) are fulfilled, maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Process Material Returns: Process Material Return Authorizations with management approval, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Resolve Accounts Receivable Issues: Help resolve Accounts Receivable issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Participate in Training: Participate in training and development classes as assigned, ensuring ongoing professional development and growth.
