Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our team at Antal International Network | IME Offices. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Direct Patient Care: Provide direct, professional nursing care to patients in an inpatient or outpatient setting, adhering to established standards of care and policies.
  2. Assessment and Treatment: Evaluate patients' conditions, assess their needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications, apply sterile dressings, perform phlebotomy, and monitor vital signs, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  4. Education and Support: Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support to promote health, prevent illness, and maintain wellness.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  6. Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
  7. Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with in-depth experience in the required specialty.
  3. Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
  4. Skills: Good communication skills, teamwork and collaboration, and a patient care attitude.
  5. Certifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Specialty Experience: Experience in dialysis, PICU, ICU, NICU, medical surgical ward, OR, cath lab, endoscopy, and ER settings.
  2. Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leadership or supervisory roles, with a focus on patient care and team management.
