General Ent Physician

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose ENT conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, incorporating both medical and surgical interventions when necessary.
- Perform various ENT procedures and surgeries, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, tympanoplasties, and sinus surgeries, with precision and proficiency.
- Provide ongoing patient education and counseling regarding ENT conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote optimal health outcomes and patient compliance.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and other specialists, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.
- Stay abreast of advancements in ENT medicine and surgical techniques through continuing medical education, research, and participation in professional development activities.

**Qualification**:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) of Otolaryngologists Medicine degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT) by the American Board of Otolaryngology or equivalent certification body.
- Valid MOH license.
- Fellowship training in Otolaryngology preferred.
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ENT disorders and performing ENT procedures and surgeries with proficiency.
- Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining high ethical standards in clinical practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
