What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Patient Relations Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting accounts of problems and activities on behalf of LTC patients/families.
  • Carrying out requirements of complaint management policy and procedure.
  • Actively participating in care conferences as a support person for family members, providing assistance in understanding, interpreting and organizing information for inquiry resolution.
  • Participating in the Patient Experience and Caregiver Communication committee related to patient and family-centered care and service excellence.
  • Collecting information on the receiving LTC Patients admissions, documents and family status of the patients.
  • Daily visits to the patients and families of LTC.
  • Working exclusively on the discharge planning of the patients.
  • Liaising with government bodies, immigration, and families for complete data/history collection of the patient.
  • Active involvement between discharging and repatiating the patients of LTC liaising with the case management team.
  • Updating daily on the active status of the patient to the concerned as per the requirements.
  • Organizing visit tours of the hospital for VIP and VVIP patient relatives.
  • Maintaining professional standards of Patient Relation Programs.
  • In case of patient deaths, all documental procedures commencing with the declaration of death to the handling over of the body need to be addressed.
  • Responsible for ensuring to be updated on hospital policies and procedures related to infection control, emergency codes, and safety protocols while delivering PRO duties.
  • Liaises with cashiers for updates on billing for all in-patients.
