  8. Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to Facilities Supervisor/Technologist on major repairs and changes required to ensure optimal system performance.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and adjust air conditioning/HVAC equipment for maximum efficiency to reduce energy consumption and costs.
  10. Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Perform fault inspection, diagnosis, and repair of faulty operations of air conditioning units, including:
    1. Air conditioning units
    2. New and reclaimed air fan units
    3. Split and packaged type air conditioning units
    4. Window type air conditioning units
    5. Centrifugal pumps
  11. System Integrity: Regularly check the electrical and mechanical integrity and operating components of the above units to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
