Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at one of our flagship properties in South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage team in Restaurant and Banquet, ensuring seamless execution of service standards.
  2. Supervise and monitor team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and abilities.
  3. Ensure all levels of service run smoothly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Manage financial outcomes, including revenue growth and cost control.
  5. Stay up-to-date with all licensing and operating legislation affecting the department, including the Liquor Act.
  6. Maintain accurate stock levels, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  7. Develop and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  8. Attend all scheduled F&B and other relevant meetings, contributing to the success of the team.
  9. Handle customer complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  1. Experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
