Job Title: UX/UI Designer with Graphic Design and Digital Marketing Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with expertise in graphic design and digital marketing to join our team at Talent Pal. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You will also create visually stunning graphics for digital marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • UX/UI Design:
  • Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and create wireframes, prototypes, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Graphic Design:
  • Create engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Develop branding assets, including logos, banners, and other visual elements that align with our brand identity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and video editing software.
  • Experience with mobile and website testing, including familiarity with testing tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
