Camp Director

Praarthana Plumbing Installation CO LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Boss to lead our summer program. As a Camp Boss, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the camp, ensuring a safe and fun environment for campers, and providing guidance and support to counselors and staff.

• Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to design and implement engaging programs for campers, including activities, games, and workshops.
• Counselor Supervision: Provide guidance and support to counselors, ensuring they are equipped to provide a high-quality experience for campers.
• Logistics and Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the camp, including scheduling, transportation, and facilities management.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between campers, counselors, and parents, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the program.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that may arise between campers, counselors, or staff, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
• Team Building: Organize and lead team-building activities, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among staff and campers.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a summer camp or youth program setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to think creatively and develop engaging programs for campers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• First aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
