Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Transport and Last Mile Analyst to join our team at Azadea Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing last mile solutions, projects, and e-commerce responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Last Mile Solutions: Control and monitor lead time figures from the order dispatch stage until the final delivery to the customer.
  • Price Alignment: Perform simulation studies to verify that offered prices align with market standards.
  • Promotional Calendar Management: Manage and maintain the promotional calendar for each country/brand to monitor demand increases and prevent backlogs.
  • Consumables Fulfillment: Oversee the consumables fulfillment process in collaboration with local and international suppliers to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Project Implementation: Assist in the implementation of online projects for new brands and integration projects for new service providers.
  • Liaison with Suppliers: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the seamless integration of new last-mile providers.
  • New Provider Identification: Identify new last-mile providers and services in the region, and present recommendations to management based on their capabilities and suitability.
  • Performance Evaluation: Generate daily and weekly reports to evaluate the performance of last-mile providers, assessing metrics such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service-level agreements.
  • E-Commerce Support: Assist in daily e-commerce last mile activities, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and resolve any schedule and resource conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in E-Commerce and Last Mile Operations, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
