Job Title: Integration Solutions Architect

Duncan & Ross is seeking an experienced Integration Solutions Architect to play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing integration solutions for a large-scale government project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and design comprehensive integration solutions that meet the project's technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment with government standards and regulations.
  • Define and document the architecture of integrated systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Select, configure, and manage middleware platforms that facilitate communication between different systems and applications.
  • Oversee data integration strategies, including ETL processes, data migration, and real-time data exchange, ensuring data integrity and compliance with government regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that integration solutions are implemented according to best practices and project timelines.
  • Work closely with government agencies, third-party vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure that all integration solutions comply with relevant government regulations, standards, and security protocols, including data protection and privacy laws.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for integration processes, system architecture, and configuration management.
  • Provide support for integration issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted system operations.
Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in integration architecture with at least 3 years of experience in government or public sector projects.
  • Proven experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
  • Experience with integration platforms and middleware, like SAG, Webmethods.
  • Hands-on experience with API management, SOA, microservices architecture, and cloud-based integration solutions.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in integration technologies and tools, including SOAP/REST APIs, XML/JSON messaging systems (JMS, Kafka), and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, including OAuth, SAML, and encryption standards.
  • Tech Stack: Microsoft (CRM), MS SQL Server, Informatica, Teradata, and etc.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership abilities with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications:
  • TOGAF Certified
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
