About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscape architect to lead our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Master Principal Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and vision to enhance our company's reputation in the Middle East market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, with at least 15 years of experience in the field. You will also have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to inspire and mentor a team of designers and architects.
In this role, you will oversee the design and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with other disciplines within the company, including architecture, urban planning, engineering, and environmental specialists.

- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
