**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Licensing Intellectual Property Management Specialist to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored monetization strategies to maximize the value of our IP portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Monetization Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive monetization strategies to realize the full value of our IP portfolio, including building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct Due Diligence and Negotiations: Conduct thorough due diligence to support technology transactions aimed at maximizing value and minimizing risks, and lead negotiations and drafting/executing agreements.
  • Maximize License Agreement Value: Ensure licensee compliance, including royalty compliance, and implement monitoring mechanisms to prevent revenue leakage, and conduct regular evaluations of license agreements and licensee performance to prevent value deterioration.
  • Deliver Project Updates: Deliver regular project update briefings to senior management on progress versus plan.
