About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer at Tiger Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diary Management: Manage the CFO's diary, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Expense Management: Oversee the processing of expenses, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  3. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and accommodations, and handle visa applications as needed.
  4. Presentations and Reports: Prepare and collate presentations, reports, and other materials for the CFO and other stakeholders.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates.
  6. HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
  7. Personal Support: Offer personal support to the CEO, including tasks such as calendar management, email filtering, and other administrative duties.
  8. General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
