Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Cards Portfolio Growth Specialist to join our team at PayTech Nexus Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of sales materials, identifying and prioritizing prospects lists, and working closely with our Corporate Client Relationship Managers and Corporate Coverage Leaders to execute the sale of commercial card products.

As a key member of our sales team, you will have a strong background in commercial payments, with 10-12 years of experience in the B2B travel payments and financial services sector. You will have a robust understanding of B2B payments in the travel and hospitality industry, including top global distribution systems. Additionally, you will have deep technical expertise in commercial payment products, services, or platform capabilities with an emphasis on commercial cards and the ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will include leading sales discussions and pitches, supporting operational onboarding of new customers, and following up with onboarded customers to ensure activation and usage. You will also review and recommend improvements to our performance management framework and monitor results of onboarded corporate card clients to propose improvement measures. Furthermore, you will develop training manuals for various stages of the sales cycle and conduct periodic training sessions for our sales force and GPS Sales and coverage teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of sales materials (e.g., client presentations, prospect emails, and other sales documents) to facilitate prospect understanding of the product.
  • Identify and prioritize prospects lists by working with GPS business management to run reports for opportunities.
  • Work closely with Corporate Client Relationship Managers and Corporate Coverage Leaders to successfully execute the sale of commercial card product.
  • Lead sales discussions and pitch Clients products to end customers.
  • Support operational onboarding of new customers, which includes working with implementation and back-office teams.
  • Follow up with onboarded customers to ensure activation and usage including the first usage and ongoing usage.
