About Our Client

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Funding Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the fund's corporate funding options and capital structure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to the corporate funding function
* Provide input into the preparation of the budget and advise on risks and opportunities
* Support the development and implementation of the corporate funding strategy to achieve optimal debt levels and protect investment credit ratings
* Draft and compose presentations of strategic proposals in support of debt financing solutions
* Manage financial modeling, valuations, and analyses to support the development of optimum capital structure solutions
* Monitor the risk of the fund's corporate funding transactions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with a degree related to business management, finance, real estate, or equivalent
* A keen understanding and grasp of capital markets as well as broader financial markets
* Expert knowledge of the global investment markets
* In-depth knowledge of various corporate funding products
* Ability to manage and maintain relationships with financial institutions and rating agencies
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability and willingness to relocate full-time to Abu Dhabi, UAE
