Job Description:

Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to oversee the Kids Club program. As a Kids Club Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, safety, and high standards of care within the program at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for working with children. Additionally, they should be proactive, resourceful, and able to think critically in order to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure program policies, procedures, and health guidelines are being adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness at all times.
  • Regularly monitor supplies, replenish from stores, and let manager know before supplies run out so that more can be ordered.
  • Help monitor the condition of facilities and inform manager of necessary repairs or replacements.
