About the Position

The Medical Office is seeking an HR Director - Talent Management to lead their Human Resources team.

As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for managing Recruitment and departmental planning efforts.

You will develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives, including restructuring, training, and recruiting initiatives.

Your expertise in employment laws and regulations will ensure compliance and effective management of HR KPIs.

Additionally, you will oversee payroll operations and the medical licensing process for clinical staff.

You will act as a primary contact, resolving issues and implementing initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Recruitment efforts and develop departmental plans.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage payroll operations and oversee the medical licensing process.
  • Act as a primary contact and resolve issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, including leadership experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Preferably Arabic speaking.
