About the Role
Nayeducation is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide critical support to our staff and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet guests and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage the filing system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Assist with data entry, photocopying, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, secretarial studies).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a reception or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
