This is a broad role that involves managing efficient day-to-day operations and events within the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing third-party contractors, including security, catering, cleaners, facilities, and school buses, as well as the school's reprographics, operations, and bus supervisor teams.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the Principal and Head of Finance to devise, manage, and control budgets while promoting and facilitating the continued expansion and improvement of the school's facilities. This role also involves providing advice and making recommendations relating to resources, energy, and cost savings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the UAE
