Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Assistant to join our team, responsible for ensuring employee satisfaction and maintaining positive employee relations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the Senior Officer/Officer in all employee relation activities to ensure and maintain employee motivation and communication that contribute to satisfactory productivity and high morale of employees.">
  • Ensure applicable Employee related services are provided to employees and other HR customers timely and accurately and those are communicated to the concerned effectively.">
  • Initiate for effective implementation of company policy and procedures and ensure all Onshore Employee Relations(ER) activities and processes are based on the stipulated policy guidelines.">
  • Update employee leave records, arrange leave advance/salary, emergency leave, loans, allowances, educational assistance, and update the employee data in the HR Access System.">
  • Participate in contract renewal process for the special contracted employees, prepare PA for necessary ER services, and coordinate with Administration department for necessary medical examinations.">
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments & external entities.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Secondary Education- completed a minimum of 12 years education.">
  • Minimum 4 years working experience, especially in the similar field of business activity.">
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office setting.">
  • Experience of planning and delivering employee relations initiatives.">
  • Self correspondence skills">
  • Computer literate.">
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.">
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision; able to work under pressure.">
