Role Overview

As a KYC Compliance Quality Specialist at Dicetek LLC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our compliance processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough and consistent Quality Assurance Reviews (QA) to elevate the standards of KYC evaluations, AML/Sanctions investigations, and regulatory reporting.

Essential Skills and Expertise

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in compliance monitoring and testing methodologies, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism when interacting with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities to interpret regulatory requirements and relate them to compliance processes.
  • Ability to make independent decisions with sound judgment, effectively managing pressure and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Capability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable operational strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient execution skills with a focus on clear, actionable steps and timelines.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional qualifications or recognized certifications in compliance-related fields, such as ACAMS, ICA, ACFCS, or FIBA.
  • Solid understanding of UAE and international regulations.
  • Familiarity with banking products, policies, and compliance planning.
