Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by senior management.
  • Provide regular sales activity and performance reports to senior management.
  • Secure new sales increases, improve profit margins, and drive higher levels of customer satisfaction through regular business review meetings with existing accounts.
  • Schedule and conduct regular sales review and customer service meetings (both internal and external).
  • Negotiate with clients and prepare/manage rate quotations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and following Sales and Marketing procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
  • Experience in the UAE is a must.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.

Compensation

AED salary depending on experience.

Work Arrangement

On-site work only.
