Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Associate Director, the Finance Officer - Senior Associate plays a crucial role in the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the outsourced Finance Officer for regulated clients.
  • Ensure timely submission of prudential regulatory returns and relevant notifications, serving as the primary contact with regulatory bodies.
  • Develop, implement, and update finance and accounting policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and colleagues in fulfilling regulatory finance obligations.
  • Assist in training sessions focused on Regulatory Finance.
  • Manage client expectations effectively.
  • Participate in and contribute to internal meetings.
  • Help promote the firm at industry events and contribute to publications.
  • Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development in line with internal and external standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain knowledgeable about internal standards and business objectives.
  • Maintain daily timesheets and meet weekly performance targets as established by management.
  • Ensure client files are accurate and up-to-date.

Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting and Finance or in Finance Consulting (or equivalent).

Education:

A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
