About the Job

In this position, you will be responsible for performing design/drafting assignments, ranging from basic to moderately complex tasks. Your expertise in infrastructure dry utilities, particularly MV, LV Power Distribution, and Pumping Stations, will be invaluable to our team.

You will work collaboratively with CAD & BIM Managers and Design Leads to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and quality expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop detailed engineering drawings, including basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, and component details, based on provided information and standards.
  2. Evaluate and improve drawing readability, presentation, and adherence to standards, adhering to company QA/QC processes.
  3. Contribute to project coordination by working closely with other disciplines and communicating effectively to resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Participate in other responsibilities associated with this position as necessary.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  1. A relevant 3-Years Diploma/Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Draughtman related field.
  2. At least 5+ years of MEA/UAE CAD drafting experience in infrastructure and dry utilities projects, including MV, LV Power Distribution, and Pumping Stations.
  3. Solid knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM & Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
  4. Understanding of Common Data Environment: ProjectWise & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  5. Strong English language communication skills.
