We support flexible working arrangements and have implemented a hybrid model for most of our office-based roles, requiring employees to be present in the office at least three days a week.

POSITION: Senior Analyst Engineering Systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and automate interface processes for Engineering systems, integrating with enterprise engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify requirements for business process enhancements and define the Requirement Definition Specification.
  • Convert requirement specifications into automation solutions using best practices defined by industry standards.
  • Train end users and implement developments as standard methodologies across projects, preparing relevant procedures.
  • Manage change processes related to automation routines and conduct impact analysis prior to implementation, supporting end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Demonstrate experience in modeling and detailing.
  • Provide clear plans and set goals for managing assigned activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues on engineering projects.
  • Engage with software vendors and stay updated with the latest application versions.
  • Interface with clients and joint venture partners to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Provide strategic support and input into the overall engineering vision and development plan.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a 3D automation role within a corporate environment.
  • Understanding of business processes from front-end engineering design (FEED) to engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), with experience in the energy sector.
  • Preference for candidates with expertise in business process development and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of engineering activities related to 3D systems.
  • Strong proficiency in automation customization and standards.
  • Familiarity with data structures.
  • Comprehensive programming skills in relevant languages.
  • Experience in creating APIs, scripts, or new features for a variety of engineering products.
  • Ability to work independently while actively contributing to team objectives.
  • Capability to develop integration logic for engineering systems.
  • Familiarity with engineering software and CAD applications.
  • Experience in maintaining corporate project standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
