We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at HoloHire. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through a combination of cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing a strategic sales plan.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, customer interactions, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Continuously update your knowledge of the industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape to better position our offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment or with high-value products/services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the tech industry or a specific sector related to our client's business is a plus.
