- Lead and guide the activities and events team, assigning tasks effectively.
- Evaluate team performance and provide necessary guidance for improvement.
- Offer ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, PR, HR, and Logistics to ensure event success.
- Ensure effective coordination between all stakeholders involved, such as speakers, participants, sponsors, and suppliers.
- Identify potential risks related to events and implement measures to mitigate or address them.
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety procedures during event execution.
- Prepare regular reports on activities and events, including post-event analysis and feedback.
- Provide recommendations for improvement in future events based on collected data and feedback.
