Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Inspections and Maintenance
    • Conduct regular inspections of campus facilities to identify areas that require maintenance or repair.
    • Develop and implement a maintenance schedule to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair
    • Ensure that all electrical and mechanical equipment on campus is properly maintained and repaired.
    • Coordinate with third-party service providers to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
  • Database Management
    • Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of third-party service providers and their staff.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Monitor the work of third-party providers to ensure that they are adhering to agreed standards and quality and contractual agreements.
  • Event Support
    • Coordinate with the events team to ensure that all facilities are set up and ready for internal and external events.
  • Log Management
    • Develop and maintain a log of all employee requests and complaints related to campus facilities.
  • Reporting
    • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on facilities matters as required.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Language and Computer Skills
    • Full English proficiency is required.
    • Advanced computer literacy is required, including proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
