About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Merchandising Strategist to join our team at Careem. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing the in-app storefront, including the home page, category landing pages, carousels, and other key real estate.

You will develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs. This includes analyzing in-app user behavior and sales performance to curate and optimize the app's look and feel.

A critical aspect of this role is using data insights to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates and customer engagement. You will also oversee the execution of the merchandising calendar, ensuring timely updates and flawless execution of promotional plans.

Additionally, you will partner with the Marketing, Category Management, and Catalog teams to coordinate and launch impactful campaigns. Your collaboration skills will help lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to execute merchandising initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in merchandising, e-commerce, or a related field, with 5-8 years of overall experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions are essential for this position.
