  • Order wines and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Rotate wine stock to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Team to provide exceptional wine pairing suggestions for our authentic dishes.
  • Provide exceptional guest service by recommending wines based on guest preferences.
  • Ensure wines are served at the correct temperature and with the perfect glassware.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell beverages and create an exceptional guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of wine pairing and wine service.
