**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Dicetek LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the vendor selection and negotiation process, establishing and maintaining contractual relationships with vendors, and monitoring contract compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Lead the vendor selection process, including RFP, RFQ, RFI, and sole/source procurements. Establish and maintain contractual relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contract Compliance: Monitor contract compliance, identifying and addressing any issues or non-compliance. Work with business unit leadership to resolve any contractual disputes or issues.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize company spend categories. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements to drive productivity gains.
  • Business Unit Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve business unit satisfaction with key suppliers. Monitor and report on supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop expertise in assigned spend categories, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Technology Solutions: Identify and communicate new technologies and solutions to address company-wide problems in assigned spend areas.
  • Sourcing Best Practices: Identify and define sourcing best practices within and external to the company. Work with key stakeholders to ensure adoption of best practices across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or contract management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of company operations.
