- Follow up with all employeesconcerning medical certificates for sick leaves, and out ofoffice/absence forms.
- Handle all medicalinsurance claims and liaise with insurance companies foremployees' collections.
- Issue/cancelaccess cards in adherence to securitypolicies.
- Prepare welcome kits for new employeeorientation sessions.
- Prepare absenteeismcalculations for end of servicesettlement.
- Attend to employee enquiries oncompany policies and procedures.
- Handle andfollow up on the work visa and labor contractprocesses.
- Coordinate with the employees andthe PROs.
- Prepare, maintain, and update theappropriate documents.
- Lead the work visa andlabor contract renewals.
- Process theapplication, renewal, and cancellation of all documents for laborcards, work permits and residencyvisas.
- Schedule medical examinations for theprocessing of residence visas.
- Update documentaccording to expiry on the HRIMS.
- Initiate,update and maintain employees' personal data on theHRMS.
- Keep updated records on all newimmigration and labor legislations as communicated by the PRO andthe Personnel/HR Manager.
- Prepare staffturnover reports (newcomers, leavers, total headcount), KPI reportfor absenteeism.
- Update staff listsaccordingly.
- Participate in relevant projectsand community activities as and when needed.
What You'llNeed To Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in BusinessAdministration or related.
- 2 Years of previousexperience in a similar role.
