Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting property valuations, market research, and analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Support senior surveyors in preparing reports and presentations for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and data collection activities to gather essential information.
  • Contribute to the preparation of property appraisals and assessments, utilizing your analytical skills to provide accurate valuations.
  • Collaborate with different teams across the company to deliver high-quality client services, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and regulations in the UAE, applying your knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Surveying, or a related field.
  • UAE National with a strong interest in the property industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges, with a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Arrangements:

This role is based in the UAE and requires regular attendance at our office. We do not offer remote work arrangements for this position.
