Job Overview
Asia General Contracting Company is seeking a highly skilled Civil Cost Control Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to cost control policies, and providing comprehensive cost analysis reports.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a contracting company in the U.A.E. You should be an expert in Candy and Plan Swift, with numerical and data analysis skills. Additionally, you should be able to work well under pressure, have attention to detail, and be available in the U.A.E.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved budget and cost control policies.
- Provide comprehensive cost analysis reports using Earned Value Analysis (EVA).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data for cost analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of actual cost elements for project close-out reports.
- Monitor and report on project status, highlighting significant savings or losses to management.
