In your role as a Senior Consultant/Manager in Human Capital Transformation, you will demonstrate and enhance your capabilities in the following areas:
- Lead the creation of high-quality deliverables within set timelines to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Utilize your expertise in HR Transformation to develop HR strategies that align with client business objectives and identify opportunities for enhancing HR operations and technologies.

Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in HR Transformation; consulting experience is advantageous.
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Certifications in relevant methodologies (e.g., PMP, CIPD, SHRM, Lean Six Sigma) are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
- Capability to coach and mentor others.
- Understanding of project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
