Job Description: Retail Audit Executive
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate internal controls and assess their effectiveness in operational policies and procedures.
    • Apply professional audit techniques to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
    • Prepare comprehensive audit reports documenting findings and recommendations.
    • Formulate and implement retail audit programs to ensure policy compliance.
    • Communicate findings with audited stores and initiate remedial actions to resolve issues.
    • Carry out ad hoc assignments based on management requests.
  • Functional/Technical Competencies:
    • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), data visualization / analytical tools.
    • Able to see beyond what's obvious, with attention to detail and a big-picture perspective.
    • Risk assessment capabilities and experience in leading investigations.
