**Job Title:** Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance on electrical maintenance procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation on normal and emergency plant maintenance procedures and standards.
  • Offer technical support to electrical maintenance and machine shop operations.
  • Perform stator rewinds, testing, and vibration analysis for high-voltage electric motors.
  • Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric motors and generators.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment, focusing on cost reductions and process improvements.
  • Introduce the latest technology in repair methodology.
  • Design engineering packages for electrical equipment.
  • Coach and share knowledge with junior engineers.
  • Participate in vendor/customer exchange meetings.
  • Engage in standards value engineering and assist in Corrective & Preventative Action resolution.
  • Participate in internal or customer equipment drawing reviews.
  • Provide specialized engineering assistance to repair units.

Requirements:
